It is with deepest regret that we announce the passing of a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother, JoAnn M. Behling, on September 30, 2025, who was surrounded by family. Ricamore (Scott); Brandon "Adam" Gobble (Shannon); Lillian Nelson; Tori Nelson; Hayley Nelson; and Abby Nelson; and numerous nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.

While living in Knoxville, TN for more than twenty years, she was an active member and avid volunteer at the Middlebrook Pike United Methodist Church.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Allen J. Behling; her parents, Homer Earl and Evelyn Ford McCoy; sister, Daisy M. Flinchum (Ronnie); brother, Kenneth E. McCoy; and stepdaughter Vicki D. Behling (Jeffrey Nelson).

Pursuant to JoAnn's request, no services will be held locally, as she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Allen, in the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Knoxville, TN.
