In Loving Memory of John Pierce
John Raymond Pierce, aged 60 of Carrollton, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024. He was born on March 6, 1964, in Topeka, Kansas.
John attended DeVry University and owned and operated a successful electrical company, Pierce Electric. He left his mark on Dallas by working in nearly every mall in the DFW area, numerous high-rise buildings across the metroplex, and many other cities across the Country. While he left a mark on DFW and in many other cities in his career, he equally left a mark on his loved ones, friends, and acquaintances alike. John lit up a room with his laughter, his jokes, and his ability to make everyone feel welcome and loved. His generosity and kindness exuberated in everything he did, and he was always willing to help those in need. John was a first-degree black belt in taekwondo and enjoyed watching his sons compete in their martial arts competitions. He was an avid movie lover and enjoyed taking care of his dogs and aquatic animals, especially his beloved German Shepherd, Bucky. He loved driving his boat at his lake house and entertaining friends and family.
John was predeceased by his father, Raymond Andrew Pierce, his mother, Betty Marie Pierce, his father-in-law, Jesus Barrientos, his mother-in-law, Maria Castillo, his uncles, Jimmy Burnam and Lee Pierce, his brother, Dave Pierce, and his nephew, Billy Pierce.
John is survived by his wife, Blanca Pierce, his sons, Jonathan Pierce and Christian Pierce, his brother, Bill Pierce, his brother, Dan Pierce and his wife, Sherry, his cousin, Leland Pierce, his nieces and nephews: Allison Frazier and her husband Dalton, Kristen Pierce, Nina Barrientos, Carolina Sanchez, Michelle Sanchez, Yesenia Daily, numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many more loved ones.

"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." John 14:2.
