Ronny Mack Jones, 60, of Venus, Texas passed away on January 21, 2019 at his home. Ronny was born on March 13, 1958, in Borger, Texas to Horace & Kay Jones. He was part of the graduating class of 1976 from Nimitz High School in Irving. He married Diana Jones on May 25, 2002 and were together until her passing. Professionally he was known for his proficiency with pool maintenance, but his first love was automobiles and motorcycles; he could make anything with an engine run. He was active in the North Texas motorcycle community. A mainstay for the "Big Texas Toy Run", he was also head of security of the local Abate organization for some events and serving one term as coordinator. Ronny is survived by his daughter; Sandi Hastings and her husband Jason of Euless Tx, two grandchildren; Denis Pitt and his wife Kathya of Dallas TX, and Donovan Pitt of Round Rock TX, three great-grandchildren; Kadenn and Adelene Pitt, and Aliyah Montano; father, Horace Jones of Irving TX, siblings; Terri Bennett and her husband Harold of Grand Prairie TX, and Billy "Randy" Jones and his wife Anna of Modesto, California, many cousins, nephews and nieces. Not to mention the abundance of friends that he considered family. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Diana Jones; and mother, Kay Jones. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Aria Irving Chapel. A reception will be immediately after the service at the Irving Elks Lodge from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm
