Jerome "Roni" Jones was born in Rayne, LA on November 25, 1941 to the late Mr. Nicholas Jones and Mrs. Ira B. Jones. He is preceded in death by his five brothers, Wallace Jones, Conway Jones, Wesley Jones, Worlden Jones, Audry Jones after Weldon; Sister Audrey Jones; 2 sister-in-laws Gloria Jones and Betty Jones. His granddaughter Kyiesha Jones and Lucille Jones (children mother). He is survived by four children; Vernessa Jones, Gerard Jones, Iris Jones, Jennifer Jones and grandchildren: Alfred McDonald, Jamelle Mills, Charlessa Mills, Kolisha Jones, Keionna McWoodson; his great-grandchildren; Malik McDonald, Nya McDonald and India Mills. His twin brother Joseph Jones; sister-in-laws Lacey Jones, Agnes Jones and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends. Roni will always be remembered as a fun-loving and kindhearted man.
