José de Jesús Rodríguez Valtierra

November 26,1976-May 28, 2020 (43 años)

Nacido en la Ciudad de León, Guanajuato Mexico del matrimonio formado por José De Jesús Rodríguez y Graciela Valtierra, siendo hijo único. Pepe Chuy  ó Chubby como le gustaba que le llamaran, creció al lado de su amadísima abuela paterna Doña Toribia Ornelas Vda. De Rodríguez y dejo su ciudad natal en el año 2000 para establecerse en la ciudad de Dallas, Tx. Donde residió hasta el día de su muerte. Pepe trabajó  en lo que el más disfrutaba: La Cocina, para El no había satisfacción más grande que ver a la gente saboreando lo que cocinaba y solía decir: ¿Te gusto? ¡Mi Abuela me enseñó!

Pepe era muy alegre, carismático, de gran corazón y siempre tenía una sonrisa dibujada en su rostro. Sus amistades, la música y la comida eran su felicidad y disfrutaba mucho la compañía de sus grandes amigos a los que consideraba su verdadera familia.

Pepe fue precedido en su deceso por sus padres José y Graciela y su abuela Toribia.

La familia e Incontables Amigos extrañaremos su sonrisa y calidez humana entrañablemente.

Born in the City of León, Guanajuato Mexico to the marriage formed by José De Jesús Rodríguez and Graciela Valtierra, being an only child. Pepe Chuy or Chubby  as he liked to be called, grew up next to his beloved paternal grandmother  Doña Toribia Ornelas Vda. De Rodríguez and left his hometown in 2000 to settle in the city of Dallas, Tx. Where he lived until the day of his death. Pepe worked in what he most enjoyed: The Kitchen, for him there was no greater satisfaction than seeing people savoring what he cooked and he used to say: Did you like it? My Grandmother taught me!

Pepe was very happy, charismatic, with a big heart and always had a smile on his face. His friends, music and food were his happiness and he enjoyed the company of his great friends whom he considered his true family.

Pepe was preceded in death by his parents José and Graciela and that of his grandmother Toribia.

The Family and Countless Friends will miss his smile and kind heart dearly.
