Joseph Macias age 80 died in Dallas on March 14, 2025.
Joseph was born March 18,1944 in Carrollville, Wisconsin. He grew up in Longview, TX and moved to Dallas as a young man. Joseph was a member of the United States Army Special Forces and was a Green Beret.
Joseph is survived by his beautiful wife of 53 years Carmenlinda Macias, son Joseph M. Macias, daughter Monica Macias-Jennings, son-in law Gerald Jennings, Grandson Xavier Macias, and great grandson Matthew Macias. He is also survived by his siblings, and a large extended family that loved him very much. Joseph is preceded in death by his parents Brigido Macias and Natividad Granado Macias and his sister Felipa Macias.
Services will be held on Monday March 31, 2025, 10:00am at Aria Cremation & Funeral Home located at 1820 N. Beltline Rd Irving, TX 75061, followed by burial at 2:00pm. The final resting place will be Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy. Dallas, TX 75211
