Roberto Castillo of Dallas, TX passed February 7, 2024, at the age of 86. Son of Melecio and Ana Maria Castillo, and was the 7th son of 9 siblings. Born December 22, 1937, in Monterrey Mxico, he became an entrepreneur and moved the family to Dallas, TX where he built a textile design business until retirement. He became a sports pioneer and a pilar of the soccer community by creating healthy lifestyles through one of the largest sports communities in North Texas. He is survived by his wife Fransisca Castillo of 62 years; also, by his 7 children, 14 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren. The funeral service for Roberto will be on Tuesday, February 13th from 4pm-8pm at ARIA Cremation Service and Funeral Home located at 1820 N. Beltline Rd., Irving, TX 76061. Rosary will be at 5pm followed by a blessing by the priest at 6:30pm. A few words of remembrance will be shared by the family. Hijo de Melecio y Ana Mara Castillo, y fue el septimo hijo de 9 hermanos. Nacio el 22 de diciembre de 1937 en Monterrey Mxico, se convirti en empresario y trajo a su familia a Dallas, TX, donde construy un negocio de diseo textil hasta su jubilacin. Se convirti en un pionero del deporte y un pilar de la comunidad del fútbol al crear estilos de vida saludables a travs de una de las comunidades deportivas ms grandes del norte de Texas. Le sobreviven su esposa Francisca Castillo de 62 aos de feliz matrimonio; tambin por sus 7 hijos, 14 nietos, y 26 bisnietos. El funeral de Roberto ser el Martes 13 de Febrero de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. en ARIA Cremation Service and Funeral Home ubicado en 1820 N. Beltline Rd., Irving, TX 76061.
