Judy Lynn Poss of Port Neches, TX, passed away on August 24, 2023 at the age of 63 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loved ones.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Port Neches, 1900 Magnolia Ave, Port Neches, TX 77651.

Judy was born in Port Arthur, TX on December 31,1959. She graduated from Port Neches-Groves High School and continued on to get certificates in management. Judy retired as a cafeteria manager for PNG ISD where she worked for 20 years. She enjoyed reading and watching movies, but her specialty was cooking. She had a big heart for helping people and she regularly cooked up new recipes to share with family and friends. She loved spending time with her children and her grandchildren.

Judy is survived by her children: Jeffrey Soriano, Allan Soriano, Walter Soriano, and Wendy Lopez. Her 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Her siblings: Billie Jean Culver, Richard Poss, Robert Poss, Charles Poss, Michael Poss and many nieces and nephews.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents Luther Comer Poss and Eunice Marie Poss and her siblings Kenneth Poss and Elizabeth Sue Poss.

She is in our hearts forever and always will be cherished.
