Julian Carroll Almos 81 yrs. old of Arlington, TX died in Dallas, TX of complications from Alzheimer's on November 27, 2023.
He was born in La Crosse, WI to Beatrice Hicke and Willard Almos. He graduated from Camden High School in San Jose, CA. He joined the Navy after high school. He worked as a welder and riveting and finally as an instructor and retired as a Petty First Class after 20 years. He worked at LTV on the airframe of the B52 and many other planes for 20 years. After retiring from Vought, he began working for the Texas Rangers as a third base customer service representative. He was also a gopher for All Saints Lutheran. He was an avid Green Bay Packers and Texas Rangers fan.
He is survived by his Frau Vicki Almos of 54 years, his children Dan Almos (Leigh Ann) and Christina Almos. His grandchildren Kayla Crockett and Kristopher Denton and his great grandson Dakota Crockett and his brother Dick Almos (Jean) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mom, dad, uncles and aunts.
