Eleanor Louise Kadin, also known as "Kris", 71, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 27, 2018. Born November 8, 1946 in Fort George Wright, Washington, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Mary Kadin. Kris grew up in Santa Cruz, California where she graduated from Santa Cruz High School and later graduated from the University of Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's degree. She worked in the social services field for the State of California for over 40 years, and moved to Allen, Texas in 2014 to be closer to family. She was a loving mother, daughter, and friend. Always outspoken, she loved making people laugh and was very outgoing. She enjoyed a good buffet and would always wear her favorite Crocs to match her outfits. She is survived by her daughter, Alycia, her son-in-law, Johnathan, her granddaughter, Jaida, her favorite canine, Chewbacca "Chewy", her two sisters, Verline and Ja'Net, her brother-in-law, Robert, her lifelong friends and extended family.
