On Thursday, April 21, 2022, our Lord, along with her mother, Rosa Vittoria Pisoni; father, Walter Hrolenok; brother, Steve Statler; mother-in-law, Virginia Slinger; and father-in-law, Earl Slinger, welcomed with open arms our beloved Kathy. She leaves behind on earth a devoted and loving husband, Ted Slinger; children, Tricia Slinger, David Slinger and J.T. Slinger; brothers, Jim Sparks and wife Kimberly, Marc Statler and Bob French; sisters, June and husband Michael Strowe and Vickey French; nieces and nephews; Nicole Lathery, Brittney Abuhamra, Christy Wallace; Allison Thompson, Robbin Gibson, Johnathan Strowe and Alexandra Williams; several cousins, aunts, extended family and her closest and dearest friend since the age of 4, Carol Stair.

The family would like to Thank all the wonderful RNs in the ICU at Dallas Regional Medical Center of Mesquite that provided such excellent care the last days of her life. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Kathy's honor, if desired, to dfwrescueme.org.
