Maureen Davies Koller, 73, passed away on April 15, 2015, surrounded by family in Plano, Texas. Maureen was born on November 18, 1941, in New York City, to Howard Davies and Eva Marley Davies. She attended Holy Cross Academy in Manhattan. In 1960, she accompanied her aunt, Jean Marley O'Leary, to Vienna, Austria, where she met her future husband, Siegmar Koller. They were married in 1963 and raised four children: Michelle, Steven, Jean Marie, and James. The Kollers settled in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Maureen was a member of the Aquarius Group of North Dallas, Willow Bend Polo and Hunt Club of Plano, and of All Saints Catholic Church in Far North Dallas. Maureen is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Richard and Robert Davies, and her infant twin sister, Jean. She is survived by her husband and children and their spouses, Edward Pittman of Dallas, Tripp Mahan of West Hollywood, California, and Ernst Weinmann of Vienna, Austria. She is also survived by her brother, Michael Davies, of Islip, New York. Maureen found great joy in the company of her grandchildren: Oliver and Isabelle Weinmann of Vienna, Austria, and Dylan and Jackson Koller of Frisco, Texas. A private reception in Dallas to celebrate her life will precede the scattering of her ashes along the seashore of her childhood summer home in Point Lookout, New York.
