Lance Hipps, age 40, died in his hometown of Dallas, Texas on September 28, 2026. 

Born October 16, 1985, he lived in Dallas, Texas and Tulsa, OK the majority of his life and worked as a successful numismatist his entire life.

He was well-known for his love of family, his friends, horses, dogs and Dallas sports teams.

Lance is survived by his sisters Alicia, Susan and Gina, his brothers Ed and Johnny, his nieces Amber, Kristen and Jordan and his nephew, Eddie. Lance was preceded in death by father, Clarence “Ed” Hipps, and his mother, Marilyn Hoffman.
