Charles Edward Lockin was born in 1930 in Vinton, Louisiana and passed away on March 8, 2016 in Plano, Texas. Charlie was beloved by all who knew him. A real gentleman! He had strong moral and spiritual values and was an honest and forthright man in every way. He was a graduate of the University of Houston. He was a professional financial planner and stock broker working from the age of 11 to age 85, having consummate work ethic. He also served our country in the United States Navy and was discharged in 1950. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou, daughter, Lisa, Father, Lyman Charles Locklin, mother, Lorene Broussard. He is survived by his son, Steven Locklin and best friend of over 32 years, Gail Wayrynen.
