Lori Wieske, age 54 passed away after her yearlong battle with cancer, on December 8, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving children.

Born on August 13th, 1970 in Akron Ohio, Lori was a free spirit and enjoyed residing in Ohio, Texas, Vermont and Minnesota. She worked in finance and customer relations until she fell ill in December 2023.

Lori was a loving and caring Mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Always putting others before her, she quite often helped others, even when she did not have enough for herself. She adored her family and always made them her first priority.

She is survived by her children, Allison (Nathan) Spielhagen in Saginaw TX, Sean (Kimberly) Cox in Oklahoma, and Joeseph Cox in North Richland Hills TX. Siblings, Kristy (Randy) Dault of Euless TX, Kathy (Keith) Wilkes in Texas, Scott (Carla) Barnett in Texas, Tommy (Cindy) Barnett in Texas and Jerry Barnett in Texas. Dad, Thomas Barnett in Irving TX, her 3 beautiful grandchildren, Bonnie, Emmit and Bradley, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie Barnett and James Wieske, and her sisters Rosemary and Bethany.
