Janet Marie Macy, born March 31, 1948 in Elmira, NY, passed away September 24, 2020 in Dallas at the age of 72 years. She married Fred Macy in 1977. Before settling in Mesquite, Texas they lived in Florida, South Carolina, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Janet was a very loving and caring person. She always had dogs and kept a picture of her beloved Misty Moonlight with her during all her hospital stays. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Jean Comfort; niece, Laurie Young; nephew, Ray Comfort; stepchildren, Karen & husband Mike Sherman, Tom Macy & wife Francis and Kathy & husband Chris DeBoard; 5 grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren; beloved faithful companion, Misty Moonlight.
