Marc Fowler passed away on July 1, 2025, at the age of 72.

Raised in Kankakee, Illinois he moved to Texas in 1976.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Virginia Fowler.

He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Stoltenberg, her husband Todd, and his two grandsons, Bode and Zig, who brought him pride and joy. Marc also had a loyal circle of friends who loved him dearly no matter how much hell he raised.

Marc was an avid reader with an appetite for both books and sweets, rarely without a novel or a treat nearby. He had an affinity for Tony Chachere's seasoning on salmon and Sriracha on anything and would often travel with them. For over 30 years, Marc played volleyball in his backyard pool, welcoming family and friends to join. He passed down his love of the game to his daughter, Nicole, who went on to play college volleyball.

He also had a soft spot for dogs, cherishing a few good ones over the years.

Marc's independent spirit will be remembered. May he rest peacefully.
