Marilyn was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, December 31, 1944. She was a beloved wife, partner and friend.
She graduated from Melrose Academy, in Melrose Park, Pa., and received her B.A. from The College of Notre Dame of Maryland - Baltimore.
She had a passion for the color purple - especially Purple Martins, a love of the outdoors, and all of God's creatures. Among her companions through the years have been six, Manx (tailless) cats.
Her successful career choices reflected a wide arc of interests - teacher, social worker, Zamboni operator, V.P. of a Dallas Market Center showroom, and a marketing specialist in healthcare. Marilyn had great poise, balance, timing and calm. Her sense of humor served her well in the difficult straits of life, and she is remembered as witty, sensitive, caring, and generous.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leopold and Marian Edmunds and her husband, Peter J. Klock. Left to honor Marilyn and remember her love are devoted friend, Mark Tarletz, and her cherished Partner, Brian Moran, and their cat, MargauX.
