Obituary

Mark Conrad Ehrhardt, of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on October 1, 2017. He was born on September 5, 1959 in Lubbock, Texas. Mark was the youngest son of Betty and Robert Ehrhardt. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his son, Scott Ehrhardt, daughters, Ashley and Brightan Ehrhardt, brothers, Robert (Ruth), James (Chery), Larry (Mary), and several nieces and nephews. As well has his better half, Theresa Bell and longtime friends, Dorothy Mason, Michael Wheeler, Jim Weis, Mike Medrano, Maria McDonald, Christel Thrasher; too numerous to mention all of them. Mark graduated from Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio and later joined the United States Navy serving for 4 years on the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy aircraft carrier where he received Service Deployment Ribbon with 1 star, MUC, Battle E Ribbon. After his service, he relocated to the Dallas area and worked for Standard Brand Prints Co. and ZEP Manufacturing Co. Marked enjoyed bull riding and country west dancing.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 at 12:00 pm at Aria Cremation Service & Funeral Home, 1820 N Belt Line Road, Irving, Texas 75061. Following the service there will be an inurnment with full military honors at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 3:15 pm, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211. Contributions may be made for the service on candles, flowers, or book signing and to the DFW Honor Guard.
