Michael Croft Fraker was called home to be with our Lord on January 29, 2022. Michael was born on January 25, 1956 in Shreveport, LA to Walter Vere Fraker and Barbara Roberts Fraker. Michael grew up in a happy and loving home. He had a very active childhood, always being outdoors and making many friends, many of them becoming life-long friends. He was a graduate of W T White High School and The University of North Texas.

Michael was a dedicated father and loving husband who worked hard every day to take care of his family, and always put those he loved first. He was a devoted and fun-loving husband to Dora Elia Fraker, who he met in 1988, and later married in 2003. Michael always made it known that his family was his life, and everything he did was for his wife and children. He enjoyed walks with his children, being outdoors and exercising. He loved to share his knowledge of history and music with his children. He was a committed and loving friend to all who knew him.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his loving wife, Dora C. Fraker, his children: Derek Daulton Fleming (Hillary), Stephanie Ann Fraker and fianc Guillermo Herrera, Michael James Fraker, Sophia Marie Fraker, and his siblings: Jack Fraker, Kathleen Cox (Pat), and Jim Fraker (Lynn). He is survived also by nieces and nephews whom he loved very much: Daniela Lombrano, Marcus and Alex Flores, Daniel Cox, Michelle Chiara , Julie Cox, Jackie Marshall and Kevin Fraker.

Michael was taken too soon from his family and those that he loved. He was well loved in return. Michael had an amazing and loving personality, a great sense of humor, was caring, smart, passionate, and loved life. He had a big heart, was always there to listen, and gave heartfelt advice. Michael had everything that made us love him, and we loved being around him.

He will be missed by so many. There will never be another Michael Croft Fraker.
