Michael L. Geyer, 72, of Irving, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

Born June 4, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, to John and Bula Geyer, Michael spent most of his life in Dallas and Irving. He worked for The Dallas Morning News for 15 years before operating Mike's Snack and Beverage Business until retirement. Michael and his wife, Regenia, were longtime members of Pioneer Drive Baptist Church / Nueva Esperanza.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Regenia Geyer; son, Preston Geyer of Irving; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Linda Parks of Cumming, GA; and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Life service for Michael has been planned for Friday, January 23, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Iglesia Nueva Esperanza Church located at 4034 W. Pioneer Drive, Irving, TX 75061. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nueva Esperanza or the American Cancer Society .
