Rosemarie "Rose" Nevins, 66, of Plano, died on Monday, November 18, 2013. She was born to Marian and Willard Jensen, January 1, 1947, in Oakland, California. Rose and Richard L. Nevins had a loving marriage for 45 years. Rose was a caretaker for children and was passionate about the kids she cared for. She was an avid bird watcher, book reader and the biggest Washington Redskin fan. Rose is survived by husband: Richard L. Nevins; children, Kelly Critton, Lester, Tommie Grider, S. Perry, Rachelle Nevins, Kyle Minx, Billie Nevins and Rick Nevins; grandchildren, Joshua Critton, Jeremy Critton, Perry Grider, Robert Grider, Cole Nevins, Kylee Minx, Cassidy Druns, Lyric Nevins, Haven Nevins. Great-grandson, Ryan Critton; mother, Marian Jensen; brother, Jim Jensen, sister, Linda Jensen; and several aunts, nieces & nephews, and cousins. A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 22, 2013, with a funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday at Aria Cremation Service & Funeral Home.
