Noel Mancilla Romero was born on December 10, 1959, in Mesitas del Colegio, Colombia. He moved to the United States as a teenager where he later started a family, graduated from Spartan School of Aeronautics, and worked as an airplane technician within various aviation companies including Spirit Airlines to conclude his career. He was a devoted and loving father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family; had an insatiable desire to fix things, had a lifelong love of airplanes; and loved to chat with anybody. He possessed a laid-back personality with a great sense of humor and was always willing to lend a hand to a friend. He was a hard worker and was a lot of fun to be around. He will be greatly missed by those that knew him. Noel died unexpectedly in Downingtown, PA on Friday, December 23, 2022, at the age of 63. He is survived by his son, Bruce; daughter, Belen; granddaughter, Zylee; and several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Isidro and mother, Belen.
