Mildred "Milly" Ann Novak passed away on January 26th 2014 in Celina, Texas at the age of 67. Milly was born on January 7th 1947 in Huntsville, Texas to the late Beverly and Jessie Dolive. She is survived by her husband, Gary Anthony Paul. Milly performed stunts in Hollywood for movies including Carried Away (1996), Return of the Living Dead III (1993), Mindwarp (1992), and Children of the Night (1991).
