SHIRLEY "JEAN" ORTH, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, friend, partner and dearest person, passed away on April 27th 2016 after a short battle with leukemia. She had family with her around the clock and left this world knowing she was loved. She received last rites and is now with her Lord and Savior. Jean met her husband, Robert John Orth, in Baltimore in late September of 1957. Bob and Jean were engaged on June 9th 1958 and married on November 15th 1958 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Baltimore, Maryland. They raised four children; Robert John Jr., Kimberley Ann, Christopher Jude, and John Henry and were later blessed with ten grandchildren; Rene, Christine, Robbey, Elizabeth, Jackie, Jennifer, Benjamin, Samantha, Brady & Madison. Jean loved to read, she loved cats, was great with children, was a talented teacher, loved to ice skate and even taught many of her grandchildren to skate as well. She was secretary treasurer of Go Industries, Inc., a Texas company that she and her husband owned. Jean kept a beautiful home and always made family her top priority. A service will be held for Jean on Friday, May 6th 2016 at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Plano, Texas at 1:30 P.M.
