Shirley Dyer Parker passed away on Oct. 9, 2015. She was born on Feb. 14, 1931 to Herbert Dyer and Rose Wagner Dyer. She is survived by her sister, Linda Pirtle; 3 children; Andrea, Matthew 3 grandchildren; Jessica (Martin Kutz), Joshua Anderson (Jennifer) & Brandon Young (Angela) & 5 great grandchildren; Megan, Johnathan, Jackson, Aiden & Rhett. She is predeceased by her husband of 61 years, William Donald Parker. Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, Oct. 16, 2015 at The Chapel of the Cross, Dallas, TX. Graveside service will be at the DFW National Cemetery following the memorial service.
