Patricia (Trish) Gregory, 87, of Dallas, Texas formerly of Bradenton, Florida and Southern Illinois passed away June 6, 2025 of natural causes at the T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center.

Trish was a longtime member of the Moose Lodge in Bradenton, Florida. She loved to garden and spend time with friends and family.

She is survived by son David and wife Amy Gregory of Florida, daughter Vicki Gregory of Dallas, Texas, son-in-law Bill Milligan of Whitehouse, Texas, grandson Justin and wife Kasey Gregory of Virginia and great-grandson Waylon Gregory of Virginia.

She was preceded in death by daughter Kaye Milligan of Whitehouse, Texas, parents H.B. and Hazel Mills, six brothers and sisters, and husbands Thomas Smothers and Gary Gregory.

Per Trish's wishes her ashes will be scattered in the Gulf.
