Penelope (Penny) Diane Valentine Hurd, 80. Beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother left us peacefully on Thursday July 6, 2023 with her husband and family members by her side at Faith Presbyterian Hospice Center in Dallas Tx. Born December 20, 1942 in Akron, Ohio. Penny married William R Hurd on June 23, 1961. They were happily married for 62 years. They moved their family from Arizona to Texas in 1974 They have three children, Jennifer Beth Hurd-Claerr, Amy Caroline Hurd-Arbitor and William Ray Hurd Jr. and five grand children Thomas A Hurd, James T Claerr, Jonathon A Claerr, Caden J Hurd and William Cole Hurd. Penny loved her family with all her heart and soul and her greatest desire was to see her grandsons grow up and have their own families.
