Paul Perkins was born in Dallas, TX, on May 28, 1972. He passed away Febuary 25,2016 at his home in Garland,TX. he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas (Mary Lou Appel) Perkins, also of Garland, TX (whose hometowns are Grayville and Enfield).He leaves as survivors: his sister, Carole ( Mrs. Brian) Ratzer; nephew, Nick nieces Abigale and Elizabeth Ratzer; several aunts and uncles; and a host of personal and Civilian Air Patrol friends. Paul had been involved in C.A.P for over 25 years. His rank was Commander, DCFC, ESO Deputy Commander at Unofficial Commander in Civil Air Patrol. Paul was a friend to all, and all were friends to him. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Memorial Services for Paul Perkins will be held on Saturday, March 12, at 10a.m at the First Presbyterian Church located at 1028 So. Beltline Road, Mesquite, Texas 75149.
