Perry Wayne Needham

Perry Wayne Needham, 73, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025, in Mesquite TX, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on April 5, 1952, in Dallas, Texas, Perry proudly served his country as a United States Marine. He was known for his quiet strength, deep loyalty, and the steady love he gave to his family, friends, and animals alike.

He is survived by his sons, Aaron Wayne and Kendall Mack, his grandsons, Vincent Wayne and William Alexander, and his brothers, John Arthur and Donald Ray Needham. Perry is now reunited in heaven with his beloved wife of many years, Joyce Illene Needham, who passed away thirty years ago. The family finds peace in knowing they are together again, embraced by God's eternal love.

Perry shared a lifelong bond with his brothers, beginning each morning with a cup of coffee, a phone call. and a shared effort to conquer the day's word puzzle. He found joy in the beauty of the natural world and had a special tenderness for all animals.

In his later years, Perry's found meaning in the simple routines that enriched the lives of those around him - daily school drop-offs, after-school lunches, reading stories from the neighborhood library, volunteering at the school or watching the world pass by and greeting every neighbor by name. He knew no strangers, only future friends.

He will be remembered for his sharp wit, deep loyalty, and the love he gave so freely.
