James L. Pike

May 7, 1922 - December 7, 2015 James L. Pike of Plano, Texas went to the Lord on December 7, 2015 after a lengthy illness. James is preceded in death by his beloved wife of over 70 years, Grace Pike. He is survived by his devoted only child and caregiver of the last 18 years, Dianne Pike. James is a veteran of World War II. He owned his own business in San Antonio until he and his wife joined Dianne in Plano, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, father and friend. Many stated that he was a gentleman and a gentle man. He will be missed by all who knew him. A funeral mass will be held on December 28, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Community, Plano, Texas. Contributions can be made to Prince of Peace Catholic School Scholarship Fund, Plano, Texas.
