Louise Silliman Reese "Lollie" was born on January 30, 1936 in Sherman, Texas and passed away at the age of 81 years old on October 9, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. She was a Highland Park High School graduate as well as University of North Texas. She believed her greatest loves other than her grandchildren, were playing tennis and teaching. She was a substitute teacher for 15 years at Shelton. She adored her grandchildren and students of course and never met a stranger. She loved everyone. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Hazel and Paul Silliman and husband Jack Reese. She is survived by her children, her daughter, Karen Reese Shaw; son, Doug Reese; Precious grandchildren, Annie Roche (Dafydd), Paul Shaw (Josie), Payne Reese, Gage Reese; and her great grandson, Bryn Roche; and her brother, Rev. Edwin Silliman(Rebecca). A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:30 P.M., on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Saint Andrew United Methodist Church located at 5801 W. Plano Parkway in Plano, Texas 75093. Louise will be laid to rest with her husband, Jack at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at a committal service on a later date.
