Throughout his diverse career from cooking at Chili's and construction, Richard started his career at Dillards, selling furniture, where he met the love of his life, Robin. Ever enthusiastic for knowledge, Richard continued his education by achieving his FINRA series 7, 31, and 66 licenses. As well as the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations.
Richard pursued a career in the financial industry working at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor, assisting with tax preparation at Jackson Hewitt, before arriving at Charles Schwab assisting clients as a relationship manager and subsequently a financial planner and advisor specializing in retirement planning.
Richard loved to travel with his family, cooking for his family including his world-famous Low family French Toast and Breakfast tacos, golfing with his boys, watching the Texas Tech Red Raiders, reading his Wall Street Journal and Dallas Morning News, and long walks with his ever loving and patient wife, Robin.
