Ricky L. Wright was born on July 19, 1948 in Alhambra, California and was raised in Downey, California. He graduated from Downey High School in 1966 and later attended Cerritos College. After college, he joined the Air Force and later on went to become a medic. He was also in the Air Force Reserves after retiring. Ricky had lived in Big Bear City, California most of his life before relocating to Texas. He is survived by his two sisters, Diana (Fred) Bighorse, Larry (Carri) Wright, Ray (Linda) Wright, and Janet (Don) Draiss. He was a wonderful uncle to numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Leland and Marva Wright.
