Rios, Jose A.'s Obituary
Jose Angel Rios, 48, of Dallas, Texas passed away on August 4, 2016. Jose is survived by his son, Angelo Cooper; mother, Lydia E Cruz; siblings, Wanda, Luis, Cesar, Abraham and Deborah. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the Aria Irving Chapel.
