Robby Mark Wiggins, 60, of Dallas, TX a beloved son and brother, was born February 11, 1962 in Monroe, LA. Robby went home to his heavenly Father on July 5, 2022, following a lengthy illness. Robby is survived by his mother, Nancy Wiggins (Dallas, TX), sister, Kim Panebianco (Aventura, FL), brothers, Randy Wiggins (Sherilyn) Monroe, LA, Ricky Wiggins (Rayne, LA) nephews Kelton and Keeten (Dallas, TX), Taylor (Lafayette, LA) David (Monroe, LA) and niece, Kristen (Jeff) Surfside, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar L. Wiggins and brother, Ronny Wiggins. Robby had a big, soft heart, loved his country and loved making people happy with his cooking.
