Don Eugene Rogers 89, died peacefully on September 4th 2014 after a brief illness. He loved his family, friends, church, his country and golf. He was a submarine sailor in the South Pacific in WWII. He worked for Lone Star Cadillac and loved his customers. He always sang in the church choir. He and wife Emma have celebrated 67 years together. Survivors include Emma, daughter Donna Granger and grandson Justin Granger. A memorial will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday September 13 at Bentwood Trail Presbyterian Church, 6000 Bentwood Trail, Dallas TX 75252. Memorials may be sent to the church.
