James Kenneth Rowe (Jim) of Garland, Texas passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015, after a courageous fight against several medical aliments. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. His love for his family was placed above all else. He loved working with his hands woodworking and was very fond of a good scotch. Jim is survived by his wife of 17 years, Carla; his first wife, Joan Kelichner, and their two daughters, Tammy Rowe and Kelly Correia, husband Carlos. Stepdaughter Deborah Elliott, husband Jeff. Stepson, Doug DeBord, wife Sherry, and special "adopted" daughter, Tina Ashby. He had a great love for his grandchildren: Brenna, Payten, and Kyle Correia; Hunter and Noah Elliott; Kevin and Courtney DeBord; Cole Ashby.
