Jesus Ruiz passed in peace on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at the age of 81 in Carrollton, TX. Born September 30, 1937, in Colombia, Mr. Ruiz lived in Norwalk, CT, West Palm Beach FL, Lake Worth, FL, Wellington FL and Carrollton, TX. He worked for Kodak, Turtle Lane Farms, Ox Ridge and Publix until retiring in 2017. He is survived by his wife and soulmate of 51 years, Elsy Giraldo from Lake Worth, FL. Jesus was the loving father of Jorge Ruiz from Fredeckrisburg, VA; Juan Esteban Ruiz from Carrollton, TX; and daughter Erika Ruiz from Davie, FL. Proud grandfather of Kevin, Melissa, and Ryan. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives, and friends. Mr. Jesus Ruiz had a special place in his heart for St. Jude Childrens Hospital and he truly believed in the quote "No child should die in the dawn of life" by Danny Thomas.
