Baltazar Gamino Salazar, 49, of Dallas, Texas passed away on November 16, 2016. Baltazar is survived by his mother, Janie Fraire; father, Manuel Fraire; siblings, Betty, Paul, Baldemar Salazar and Curtis Custilla.
