Samuel Saltar, 84, graduated to Heaven 4/6/13 leaving his wife Ronni of 55 years and their sons, Steven and Michael. Also surviving are daughters-in-law, Teri and Cara, and ten grandchildren whom he dearly loves: Joshua, Anna, Danielle, Craig, Garrett, Grant, Brooke, Lauren, Elliott and Andrew. Countless lives have been changed and blessed by the heritage of Samuels 50-year, worldwide ministry proclaiming the Eternal Salvation message through Jesus in addition to years of bible teaching and private counseling. His music performances were truly inspirational and his testimony in both public and private life encouraged all who knew him.
