Samuel Noriega joined the angels of heaven, to be with our Lord, on Nov 18, 2021.

Sammy battled his entire life with heart disease and later kidney disease. We lost count of his endless hospital stays and surgeries and even when he was seriously ill you could ask how he's doing and he would respond with the same joyful answer.." I'm good Dude"!

Sammy was born in San Juan, Texas and moved to Dallas where he would marry Jennifer Lopez and have two beautiful children, Valerie and Sammy Jr.

He loved all comic book superheroes but, to us, he was our real life SUPERHERO! He loved movies, music and was quite the whiz at gaming. But what he loved most was being a dad.

He is survived by his loving mother, Maria Cordaway, who never left his side and cared tirelessly for him until the end. He is also survived by his children Valerie and Sammy Jr. and his siblings America, Carlos and Laura and many, many cousins he loved.

Sammy, you will forever be in our hearts. Until we see you again "Dude".
