Sylvia Marie Pitts Sinclair passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Prairie Estates Nursing Home in Frisco, Texas at the age of 71. She was born in Joliet, Illinois to Sumantha Johnson Pitts and John Pitts on July 2, 1946. Sylvia graduated from Lockport Township High School. She was a stranger to none with her radiant smile and friendly nature. Sylvia is preceded in death by her father and by her siblings; Anthony Pitts, John Pitts, & Larletia Pitts. She is survived by her beloved son, James Byron (Nickie Pinnick) Sinclair, mother, Sumantha Moffett, granddaughters; Andrea Varnado and Britney Sinclair, great grandchildren; Ace, Ahmad, Zuri, & Brielle, sisters; Charlene (Joseph Mercier) Pitts and Dawn (Lemuel) Snelson, brothers; Darryl (Cheryl Williams) Pitts and Michael (Jennifer) Pitts, as well as extended family and dear friends.
