Stephen Phillip Brock, age 66, was born on June 21st, 1957, and passed away on July 20th, 2023. Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, he attended Central High School, University of Tulsa, and University of North Texas. He was an active member of the Lamda Chi Alpha fraternity. Early in his career he worked in accounting as a CPA and later owned various businesses in the entertainment, glass, and travel industries. He was a beloved father, grandfather, and brother. He was a travel enthusiast, passionate about theater, and treasured time with friends and family by the pool. A proud member of the LGTBQ community, he sung for the Turtle Creek Corral choir in the 1990's as well as raised funds for HIV/AIDS awareness. Upon retirement in 2017, he moved to Dallas, TX to be near his family. He is preceded in death by his parents Phillip and Mary Jean Brock. He is survived by his daughter Lauren Merritt (Matt); son Christopher Brock (Sonja), and grandchildren Lilly, Hadley, and Violet; sister Sherry Delo (Jack); sister Sandra Brock; and sister Sunday Molen.
