Stephen Kenneth Davis, known to his friends as Steve, was an ardent Christ follower, a faithful husband, and a loving father. His life passion (second only to serving Jesus) was aviation. As a boy he loved to fly with his dad in their tiny missionary plane in Mexico. As a "missionary kid" he learned to speak both English and Spanish fluently with native accents in both languages and learned first hand the benefits of aviation in missionary endeavours.

His love for aviation extended beyond his job as a line pilot and later a simulator instructor at Envoy Airlines into his own Cessna 206 which he both thoroughly enjoyed and often used to voluntarily help pastors and missionaries both here and abroad. He encouraged all who knew him to do and be their best in the Lord. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, his loving daughter, a brother, and a sister. He will be missed greatly but remembered fondly as the person who always encouraged us to go further in the Lord and in our accomplishments

A Memorial Service for Steve will be on Saturday, February 1st, 2025 at 1:00 pm CST at Matthew Road Baptist Church located at 4601 Matthew Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.
