With sadness, we share the passing of Tekoa Richards, born February 14th, 1980, in Fort Worth, Texas and left this life on May 30th, 2025, at the age of 45 in Dallas, Texas.

Tekoa was radiant, quick-witted, and full of compassion. She had a rare gift for making people feel truly seen and heard, and her presence left a lasting imprint on all who knew her.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Richards; her brothers, Dexter, Rafael and Omar Richards; her nieces, Kaylyn, Zuri, and Joy Richards; her nephews, Xander and Mazin Richards; and her great-niece, Maisey Richards. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfonso Richards, her brother, Alfonso Jr. and her nephew, Judah Richards.

There will be no formal services at this time. A joint Celebration of Life for Tekoa and Judah will be held at a later date.
