Timothy James Smith, 55, passed away on July 20, 2022 in Irving, TX. Tim was the son of Ruth Mueller and Jewell Edward Smith. Tim was born on January 20, 1967, he grew up and established a life in Irving, TX. On October 29, 1988, he married Heather Leigh Nye and together they raised two wonderful children, Kylie and Sydnee. Tim had a passion for fishing, building Legos, and being an avid collector of memorabilia as well as spending time with his family and friends. Tim was a wonderful man who welcomed everyone as they came without judgment. To know Tim was to know what home feels like. Tim will be dearly missed by all.Tim is preceded in death by his wife, Heather Leigh Nye Smith, father, Jewell Edward Smith and grandmother Louise Mueller. Tim is survived by his parents, George and Ruth Thompson, daughers, Kylie and husband Adam Al-daghesh, Sydnee and husband Greg Gadberry, his 5 grandsons, Jordan Al-daghesh, Cade Al-daghesh, Oliver Gadberry, Ali James Al-daghesh and Phineas Gadberry as well as his 4 sisters, Kathy and husband Joe Rodriguez, Laura Lamm, Susan Richey, Anna and husband Jamie Birdwell along with many nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held
