Tishna K. Fagan passed away peacefully at home in Dallas, Texas on Friday, February 7, 2025, in the early morning with her beloved husband Allen of 25 fun years at her side.

Tish was born September 10,1954 in Harlingen, Texas, the daughter of Ray and Thelma Stewart. She lived a full life filled with love, family, and puppies along with professional success as a commercial real estate lender in Harlingen, San Antonio and Dallas Texas as an asset manager of over $300 Million before retiring in 2016.

In retirement, she found joy splitting her time between Dallas friends, shopping, cooking and painting in the serene landscapes and more at her Adobe Mountain house in Taos, New Mexico.

Tish is survived by her devoted husband, James Allen Fagan; Son, James Ellery Fagan of Plano, TX; Daughter, Stephanie Renee Fagan Coon and her husband Everett Coon of Lake Charles, LA; Grandson Dalton J. Greenough of Dallas TX; Brother, Cliff Stewart, and his wife Lynn Stewart, of Lubbock, TX; along with so many cherished relatives and friends. Everyone loves Tish.

She is reunited in peace with her parents, Ray and Thelma Stewart.
