Ruby passed away peacefully on September 11, 2015 in Mesquite, Texas. She was preceded in death by her country music musician of 64 years, George R. Uptmor, Jr. She is survived by her 4 children, Pete of Carrollton, Texas, Ginger of St. Louis, Missouri, Gordon of Hawaii, and Gail of Mesquite, Texas and two grandchildren; Shane Sparkman of St. Louis , Missouri and Kelly Garvey of Dallas, Texas. A Memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at the Memorial Auditorium of Christian Care Center 10:30A.M., Friday, September 25, 2015 with Minister Danny Mac officiating.
