Edward Dean Walker III, 48, died in Plano, Texas on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Born April 10, 1973, in Richmond, Virginia, Ed lived in Plano, Texas. He worked as Office Manager and IT Coordinator at the Centre of Physical Rehabilitation. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Ed. He loved nothing more than cooking for family and friends. His biggest smiles were seen at family gatherings, where his presence was always treasured. All who loved and knew Ed describe him as a generous, dependable, selfless person. Survivors include his wife Maureen Joan Gleason and son Sean Patrick Gleason of Plano, Texas; his mother Virginia Gene Shearer, his stepfather William Ronald Shearer, and his nieces Kayla Jean Shearer and Kourtney Jean Shearer of Emory, Texas; and his sister Kimberly Jean Walker of Northridge, California. Ed was preceded in death by his father Edward Dean Walker, Jr. of Richmond, Virginia. A Memorial Service for Ed will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 at North Dallas Funeral Home located at 2710 Valley View Ln. Farmers Branch, TX 75252 from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
